Job Description

Summary

The Executive Assistant supports the Managing Director North America with calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and special projects. This role manages corporate events, office needs, presentations, and cross functional coordination to ensure executive operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting workflows for the Managing Director
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and track T&E budgets
  • Prepare and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates
  • Plan and execute corporate events, zone conferences, and offsite gatherings
  • Serve as main point of contact for office management tasks and vendor coordination
  • Assist with real estate project presentations and maintain competitor indexing
  • Create agendas and materials for leadership meetings and executive visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of corporate work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with global teams
  • Experience with expense reporting and budget tracking
