Summary
Provide high level administrative and operational support to the President and CEO including calendar and travel management, expense processing, coordination with senior management and preparation of reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling for the CEO and Senior Management meetings
- Plan organize and coordinate domestic and international travel and itineraries
- Process T and E for the CEO and office as required
- Oversee consolidated Management Committee calendar and provide visibility to stakeholders
- Create and support reports presentations including EOM and strategic planning materials
- Coordinate cross functional projects and senior management events
- Follow up on action items and provide regular communication to relevant parties
- Support ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational time management and attention to detail
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills
- High discretion confidentiality and judgment
- Expert level Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
- Proactive resourceful and strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to meet long and short term deadlines and foster inter departmental relationships
- French language proficiency preferred
