Job Description

Summary

Expert Client Advisor focused on Exotics responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, acting as an in-store ambassador for the brand, and driving sales and client development within the Exotics category. The role involves storytelling, product expertise, mentoring colleagues, and supporting store leadership to advance business objectives. The advisor will manage a personal client portfolio while leading trainings and communicating corporate strategy to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store expert for Exotics product category
  • Drive Exotics sales and maintain top seller performance
  • Deliver product trainings and support new product launches
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through clienteling
  • Coach team members through morning briefings trainings and 1:1 sessions
  • Observe and support the selling ceremony to improve techniques
  • Provide feedback to management to help drive business strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrated deep product knowledge in Exotics
  • Proven sales experience with strong client development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities
  • Experience training or coaching retail colleagues
  • Analytical and commercial aptitude to drive category performance
  • Ability to lead by example and manage a client portfolio
