Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role requires expertise in styling, brand knowledge, and use of digital tools to drive sales and client conversion at the specified store location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated selling and personalized styling to clients in-store and digitally
  • Use digital store technology and selling tools to outreach and sell
  • Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize and grow individual productivity through outreach and technology use
  • Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule
