The Expert Client Advisor for Men's Ready-to-Wear is an in-store ambassador focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and leading sales within the category. This role requires deep product expertise, strong client development skills, and the ability to coach colleagues while managing a personal portfolio of clients. The Advisor will drive business results through storytelling, clienteling, and category leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-store expert for Men's Ready-to-Wear and act as the go-to resource for the category.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, driving sales and long-term client relationships.
• Lead product training, support new launches, and communicate corporate strategies to the team.
• Coach colleagues through morning briefings, trainings, 1:1 coaching and observation of the selling ceremony.
• Demonstrate outstanding clienteling and selling techniques and maintain top seller performance in the category.

Requirements

• Proven product knowledge in men's ready-to-wear and experience with exotics.
• Demonstrated track record of client development and driving sales in luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal, storytelling and clienteling skills.
• Analytical and commercial ability with experience coaching and training a retail team.
