Summary

Provide an elevated client experience and drive sales through consultative interactions as part of the boutique sales team. The Fashion Advisor, Watches And Fine Jewelry builds and maintains client relationships, converts walk-in traffic, and supports end-to-end client service including repairs and alterations. Work collaboratively with boutique leadership and colleagues to meet business objectives and deliver luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to all clients.
• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Conduct thoughtful and consistent client outreach to drive retention and repeat business.
• Manage client follow-up and coordination for repairs and alterations.
• Support boutique sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and fine jewelry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client service orientation.
• Foreign language skills preferred.
