As an Expert Client Advisor in Women's Ready to Wear at Louis Vuitton Houston, you will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and showcasing your passion for the product. You will guide clients across the brand, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.

• Act as the go-to person in store for technical questions and selling techniques related to Women's Ready to Wear.
• Analyze and drive the Women's Ready to Wear business forward, setting and achieving monthly targets.
• Implement action plans to enhance business performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies, managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling actions.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Women's Ready to Wear.
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to be a sales leader and top seller in the category.
