Facilities Associate

Summary

The Facilities Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery in Scottsdale, ensuring the facility is maintained to company standards. This role partners with the Gallery Team to manage preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety requirements. The position involves hands-on work and coordination of maintenance activities across building, grounds, systems, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure optimal service levels
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates
• Prioritize and schedule work orders to minimize downtime and ensure quick response to operational issues
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, food safety, and HAZMAT requirements

Requirements

• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair
• Demonstrated ability to identify and present process improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and to perform prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and other physical tasks
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room, and office environments
