Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor is an in-store sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional client service to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role focuses on creating a personalized, elevated client experience through fashion expertise, thoughtful outreach, and teamwork. The Fashion Advisor reports to boutique leadership and supports day-to-day sales and client service activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients by converting walk-in traffic and creating energy and desire around products
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Handle intake and follow-up for repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to achieve business results

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Passion for fashion and the CHANEL brand and commitment to delivering elevated client service
