Summary

The Fashion Advisor, Fragrance & Beauty provides elevated in-store client service focused on fragrance and beauty to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role engages walk-in traffic, builds client relationships through outreach, and supports boutique leadership to achieve sales goals. The position requires a consistent front-of-house presence and a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy and desire around product and the brand
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Take in and manage repairs and alterations, ensuring follow-up with clients
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related retail experience, preferably in fragrance and beauty
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Demonstrated passion for client experience and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to work full-time in-store and maintain a professional, service-oriented presence
