The advisor supports the full client journey including outreach, sales, and follow-up on repairs and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product presentations and exceptional service
• Provide prompt, warm, and professional client service to optimize the client experience and drive sales
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate intake of repairs and alterations and maintain timely communication with clients regarding status
• Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues and leadership to meet business targets
• Support visual merchandising and boutique standards as directed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• In-store, front-of-house presence required to deliver elevated client service
