Ambassador for the brand focused on Ready-To-Wear, supporting the retail team with styling and trend advice, collaborating on events and product launches, and elevating the styling skills of store associates to drive client loyalty and RTW sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke styling and trend guidance to clients and retail teams.
• Support regional sales targets and increase Ready-To-Wear penetration.
• Develop store selling associates through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with store leaders and regional teams on client relations strategies.
• Influence internal partners and high-profile clients to grow business and recruit clientele.
• Lead collection training and new launch communications with relevant materials.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and conduct store visits for industry awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in styling or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in developing authentic lasting client relationships.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
