Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following.
• Provide honest, confident feedback about style and fit to customers.
• Maintain the department: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform work or duties in other departments as needed.
