- Partner with business to understand strategic initiatives, present expense proposals to the Global CFO, and conduct ROI analysis for projects.
- Cultivate cross-divisional and cross-functional partnerships to stay informed about business activities and leverage best practices.
- Support the FP&A team by preparing Budget Presentations in PowerPoint, emphasizing accuracy and effective storytelling.
- Conduct special projects and ad hoc analysis, including data extraction and customized report creation for management.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and general ledger analysis.
- Expertise in P&L management and construction.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative and personable with a focus on developing robust working relationships with business partners.
