Lead the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the flagship boutique on Madison Avenue, ensuring exceptional client experience, talent development, sales growth, and visual merchandising aligned with the brand. Serve as the boutique ambassador, accountable for achieving sales and CRM objectives while fostering a high-performance team culture and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the boutique's strategic business and sales plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to drive performance and talent growth.
- Manage sales and CRM activities to achieve revenue and clienteling targets.
- Oversee operations, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards consistent with the brand.
- Implement operational governance and translate standards into store processes.
- Drive a positive culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of prior store leadership experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to foster high-performance culture.
- Strong sales, CRM, and clienteling skills.
- Operationally strong with inventory and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Expert computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- SAP knowledge and CRM systems experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
