Floor Director - American Dream

As a Floor Director at Hermès American Dream, you will lead a dynamic team in a luxury retail environment, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Managing Director and other departments to achieve sales goals and maintain high visual standards.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor the selling team to provide excellent client service.
• Manage merchandising and stock needs, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and team performance.
• Conduct business analysis and present updates at leadership meetings.
• Prepare for inventories and cycle counts, addressing discrepancies.
• Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and adhere to budget plans.

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience or flagship assistant store manager experience.
• Previous buying experience and ability to manage multi-person teams.
• Strong decision-making and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris.
