Responsibilities- Supervise, coach, mentor, and train the selling team, ensuring excellent client service and consistent floor presence.
- Manage merchandising for your floor, addressing stock needs and ensuring visual standards are met.
- Motivate the team through strategic initiatives such as contests and selling campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with the Managing Director and store management, providing business updates and analysis.
- Conduct monthly productivity meetings with sales associates, setting goals and addressing performance issues.
- Prepare for inventories and cycle counts, partnering with the Operations Director for reconciliation.
- Represent store leadership in the absence of the Managing Director, ensuring adherence to policies and productivity.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, sales and budget plans, and shrinkage and loss prevention goals.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of store management or flagship assistant store manager experience.
- Previous buying experience related to floor responsibility.
- Proven ability to manage multi-person teams and report to executive management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage stress, multitask, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in client service and independent problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel 3-5 weeks annually to Paris.
