Fragrance & Beauty Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary

Serve as a CHANEL brand ambassador in the Fragrance & Beauty boutique, delivering exceptional in-store client experiences and building long-term relationships. Drive sales by using product knowledge, service rituals, and omni-channel support to recruit, retain, and loyalize clients. Represent the brand professionally while supporting events, demonstrations, and team learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, personalized service using the CHANEL service ritual to every client.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through tailored recommendations and follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets using product sales, services, and data capture to grow the client base.
• Support omni-channel experiences, ensuring seamless transitions between in-store and online touchpoints.
• Attend training and seasonal seminars and apply learnings through the Inside Beauty platform.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area and support in-store events and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Full-time front-of-house, in-store presence required.
• Passion and strong knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client trust and rapport; foreign language skills a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs.
• Team-oriented, flexible with scheduling, and committed to professional growth within the brand.
