SummaryAs a Fragrance and Beauty Account Executive, you will support and develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store sales staff. You will be responsible for executing CHANEL business objectives, promotional programming, upholding brand image, and talent development at the store level.
Responsibilities- Execute business strategies to achieve CHANEL business objectives.
- Monitor retail sales and hold Counter team accountable to meeting established retail sales objectives.
- Establish in-store time with Counter teams and Store leadership to ensure alignment to CHANEL business objectives, sales plans, product launches, and special events.
- Develop a client strategy focusing on new client recruitment and fostering partnerships with key top sellers.
- Foster strong relationships with Retail leadership to ensure CHANEL is well-positioned within each department.
- Plan, communicate, and execute all in-store events in partnership with Market Director and other corporate partners.
- Manage a budget and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Recruit and develop Counter teams with a focus on succession planning.
- Provide orientation training/onboarding for all new hires.
- Coach and support Business Managers, Counter Managers, and BAs in product, service, and artistry skills.
- Ensure Brand Image is upheld within the territory and provide feedback/training to Counter teams.
- Ensure all merchandising guidelines and visual merchandising elements are properly executed at all stores.
Requirements- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams.
- Eligible for flex time use.
- Home office set up.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in tools such as Microsoft Suite.
- Travel requirement of approx. 50%-75%, must be New York based.
- Ability to lift at minimum 40 pounds.
