Summary

The Fulfillment Daytime Picking Support Associate is responsible for selecting, staging, and preparing customer orders during daytime shifts at the 59th Street location. This part-time, in-store role supports store and online fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order completion.

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise accurately for customer orders following established procedures.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to record order progress and ensure accuracy.
• Stage and prepare orders for pickup or shipment, and assist with packing when needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe back-of-house area and follow loss-prevention guidelines.
• Communicate with store and fulfillment teams to prioritize and manage order flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Availability for daytime, part-time schedules including weekends as required.
