Summary

Supports store fulfillment operations by accurately picking and staging customer orders during daytime hours at the 59th Street location. Works with inventory systems and handheld devices to locate merchandise and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. Maintains store presentation and follows safety and loss-prevention procedures while meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage online and in-store pickup orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to locate merchandise and update order status.
• Pack, label, and organize orders for delivery, curbside, or in-store pickup.
• Coordinate with sales floor and fulfillment teams to resolve order discrepancies and prioritize urgent requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work daytime hours on a part-time schedule.
