Full Time Sales Professional

Summary

Lead and support the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience while building and maintaining client relationships. Partner with store management to develop leadership skills, coach the sales team, and help drive sales performance and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales floor activity and ensure excellent customer service and presentation standards.
• Build and develop clientele through proactive engagement and relationship-based selling to meet personal sales and SPH goals.
• Coach, mentor, and support sales associates; identify training needs and assist managers with task follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising, daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers; perform opening/closing procedures and process returns/exchanges as needed.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the brand, strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate others, strong business and analytical acumen preferred.
• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register for multiple hours, maneuver the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb/reach as trained under safety guidelines.
