Gallery Housekeeping Support Associate

Summary

Provide day-to-day housekeeping and facilities support for the Newport Beach gallery, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for guests and staff. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and light exterior tasks while supporting gallery operations and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gallery cleanliness: vacuum floors, tidy rooms, gather trash, and restock pantries
• Polish furniture and deep clean rugs, floors, windows, and walls
• Perform deep cleaning and refreshing of restrooms
• Assist with light exterior maintenance and landscaping
• Build and maintain partnerships within the gallery team and support overall gallery operations

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills, mental flexibility, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail focused and committed to quality
• Delivery of first-class service to employees and clients
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room, and office; role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
