• Communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment.
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.

• Support loss prevention and risk management initiatives.
• Implement and provide feedback for business initiatives and rollouts.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail, or similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven experience fostering a positive work environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High energy and results-driven.
• Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking feedback.
