Summary

As General Manager you will lead all store operations for the Bergen County location, driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee staffing, merchandising, and operational execution while delivering on performance metrics and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including P&L accountability and achievement of sales targets.
• Recruit, develop, and coach store leadership and associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Implement merchandising, visual standards, and inventory management to optimize sales.
• Monitor key performance indicators and execute action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in department store or luxury retail.
• Proven leadership with experience developing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L management and KPI analysis.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
