Summary
Lead store operations and act as the CEO of the store for the Kids and Baby category, driving sales, customer experience, team development, merchandising standards, and P&L performance to deliver a luxury retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experience using the 5 C’s of Service Excellence
- Drive topline performance and achieve key KPIs including conversion, UPT, SPH, ADT and customer shop scores
- Cast, coach and develop store employees and manage succession planning
- Oversee merchandising and presentation standards to reflect brand image
- Manage store operations including inventory, shrink goals and asset protection procedures
- Execute strategies and programs to support sales, marketing and profit objectives
- Manage payroll and selling expenses to meet targets
Requirements
- Relevant retail management experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook preferred
- Ability to operate register, stand and move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills
- Ability to maintain presentation standards and guide teams toward goals
