Summary
Lead store performance as the business owner and brand ambassador, ensuring extraordinary client experiences and driving team development to meet sales and operational targets. Be present on the sales floor to coach staff, implement clienteling initiatives, and represent the brand in the local market. Oversee merchandising, visual presentation, inventory control, and store budgeting to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store sales performance and achieve KPIs.
- Develop business plans and local market opportunities to increase client footfall and loyalty.
- Be present on the sales floor to ensure high quality client service and private appointment culture.
- Lead, coach, recruit and develop the store team and succession plans.
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses.
- Ensure merchandising and visual displays follow company guidelines to maximize sales.
- Enforce procedures for cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Collaborate on local events with stakeholders and influencers to boost client engagement.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong customer service mindset with ability to build client relationships and clienteling skills.
- Business or retail management education is a plus and market product knowledge is required.
- Organized, detail oriented, confident and assertive with strong communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive sales strategies with business driven mindset.
- Experience with merchandising, visual presentation and store operations including inventory control.
- English required; additional languages are a plus.
