General Manager

Summary

The General Manager leads store performance and delivers a luxury lifestyle shopping experience. This role oversees client service, talent development, merchandising, store operations, inventory management, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives VIP service and associates use technology to grow and protect client relationships.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor store employees, while building a talent pipeline and succession plans.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and provide feedback to buyers and planners.
• Manage store operations, inventory, shrink, asset protection, and execution of sales and profit strategies.
• Own key performance indicators, employee engagement, payroll targets, and selling expenses.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen, computer skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide individuals toward goals through teamwork, motivation, negotiation, and staff development.
• Ability to perform physical store duties, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
