Summary
Graphic Designer on the Visual Merchandising team responsible for creating and executing global VM guidelines, executive presentations, and digital storytelling assets. Partners with product presentation, design, and styling leads to translate brand and merchandising strategy into polished visual materials for internal stakeholders and store teams worldwide. Balances document and presentation design with photo and video editing and produces digital-first content while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Design, format, and maintain global VM guideline documents covering store presentation standards, window concepts, and seasonal storytelling
- Create polished, on-brand presentations for executive and senior leadership reviews
- Edit and retouch photography and edit video content for guidelines, presentations, internal training, and store-facing materials
- Produce and adapt digital assets across formats and channels while preserving brand guidelines
- Manage version control and update guideline materials as strategies evolve across store typologies
- Collaborate with VM leadership and cross-functional partners to iterate quickly under tight timelines
Requirements
- 3 years minimum graphic design experience, ideally within retail, luxury, or brand/creative environments (3–5+ years preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial/document design and presentation work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Advanced PowerPoint or Keynote skills for executive-level presentation building
- Photo and video editing skills with strong attention to color, composition, and brand consistency
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and deadlines; strong collaborator who can take direction and execute independently
