Guest Service Coordinator

Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator supports the in-store client experience and monthly sales goals by coordinating hospitality services and responding to client needs. The role provides product information, sales support, and concierge assistance while maintaining a welcoming and well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, offer hospitality, and guide them to the appropriate department or sales professional.
• Build client relationships and facilitate sales through phone and electronic communications.
• Share product knowledge and availability, coordinate product requests, and track deliveries and transfers.
• Support sales transactions, store opening and closing, merchandise presentation, and floor organization.
• Direct calls, assist with alterations coordination, and support marketing, public relations, and promotional activities.
• Provide concierge services and assist other departments as store needs require.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, use a ladder as trained, and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
