RRL Guest Service Coordinator

Summary

The Guest Service Coordinator supports the in-store client experience and sales goals by delivering hospitality services and assisting clients with shopping needs. The role builds client relationships, provides product information, and coordinates store services and requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide hospitality, concierge, and shopping assistance.
• Build relationships with clients and support sales by phone, electronically, or in coordination with sales professionals.
• Share product knowledge and availability, and manage product requests, transfers, deliveries, and alterations.
• Support store opening and closing, merchandising, sales transactions, phone inquiries, and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Assist with promotional projects, marketing and public relations events, and celebrity dressing.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver throughout the store.
