Summary

Provide overall store support to front and back of house teams including sales support, inventory tasks, stock processing and administrative functions during the holiday season. Serve as a brand ambassador delivering a luxury client experience while working a flexible schedule primarily on weekends. Role is fixed term and focused on supporting store operations across the Gucci store network in North America.

Responsibilities

• Support sales floor activities and assist clients as needed
• Perform inventory tasks and stock processing accurately
• Complete administrative duties and sales support functions
• Maintain organization and follow up on assigned tasks
• Work flexible schedule up to 20 hours per week including weekends
• Collaborate with front and back of house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Demonstrate brand values and promote a luxury client experience
• Adapt to a fast moving and dynamic retail environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of prior service related work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive, friendly and outgoing manner with a service mindset
• Ability to maintain regular reliable attendance and work a flexible schedule
