Summary
The Hospitality Associate delivers polished, service-driven experiences for high-net-worth guests and VIP clientele within the RL Club. This role creates memorable, personalized moments through attentive service, curated amenities, and seamless collaboration with retail and styling teams. The associate supports in-store activations, private appointments, and bespoke client journeys while maintaining discretion and the brand’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and personally welcome VIP clients, brand partners, and special guests to the RL Club.
- Provide personalized hospitality services, including beverage offerings, curated amenities, and tailored experiences.
- Execute client catering, entertainment, and other guest accommodations as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs, maintain client profiles, and collaborate with sales associates, personal stylists, and management.
- Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation of the club space; identify and escalate facility or repair needs.
- Support in-store activations, private appointments, and bespoke experiences; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide wardrobe care and organize garments, including laundering and ironing; operate smart home technologies to enhance service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, or high-end retail clienteling environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance, poise, and discretion; flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and events.
- Computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to operate a register.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, climb a ladder as trained, and maneuver around the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
