- Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience.
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach.
- Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including our exclusive spa offerings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems.
- Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere.
- Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives.
- Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times.
Requirements- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service.
