Join Louis Vuitton as a Seasonal Concierge at our Topanga location, where you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional client experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

• Initiate and build genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs and directing them to appropriate departments.
• Serve as the first point of contact within the store, setting the tone for the client's experience.
• Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
• Strategic sales attitude with a passion for connecting with clients.
• Ability to act as a personal advisor and ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
