Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Minneapolis restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain dining room presentation, and uphold elevated hospitality standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand coat closet and menu display
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling personal presentation standards
• Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and guest experience
• Support restaurant operations during peak periods and special events

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service and shift work
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
