Job Description

Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world class client experience by greeting and engaging clients, maintaining showroom hospitality and supporting sales consultants and VIP room interactions. They research client preferences, use CRM to personalize experiences, uphold showroom standards and assist with operational tasks and training.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients promptly and act as first point of contact
  • Facilitate in-showroom hospitality and maintain housekeeping standards
  • Use CRM to tailor experiences based on individual client interests
  • Support Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room
  • Promote a positive showroom atmosphere and model company culture
  • Attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom
  • Recommend improvements to systems and procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security for new systems and data
  • Complete duties assigned by management and required training

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver personalized service
  • Basic selling skills and experience working in high performing teams
  • IT literate with good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • High level of confidentiality and professional approach
