Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Minneapolis restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain host stand areas, and represent the brand with polished personal presentation and knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling presentation standards and engaging with guests
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience and business performance
• Support service operations during weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform job duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
