IT Operations Manager

Summary

Lead and manage IT operations to ensure reliable day-to-day service delivery and continuous improvement across the organization. Partner with business units to align IT support with operational needs while driving adoption of automation and AI to increase efficiency. Provide strategic leadership for helpdesk, infrastructure, and service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and lead a large team of IT professionals, overseeing scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Azure.
• Own Helpdesk operations and drive continuous improvement of user support and experience.
• Identify and implement AI technologies to enhance operations and productivity.
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional business units to tailor support strategies.
• Manage the ServiceNow platform for service requests, incident management, and asset tracking.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing large teams; 5+ years leading teams preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and the Azure platform.
• Hands-on experience with Helpdesk operations and supporting diverse user groups.
• Experience implementing AI solutions to improve operational processes.
• Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
