Senior Product Manager - Inventory Ordering And Management

Summary

Senior Product Manager responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for Inventory Ordering capabilities, with a focus on Order Creation & Management. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver automated, exception-managed ordering workflows and measurable business outcomes. Lead discovery, prioritize the backlog, define requirements, and own delivery from definition through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Order Creation & Management, balancing near-term automation with long-term transformation.
• Own backlog, prioritize work, and drive quarterly planning and sequencing with stakeholders and engineering.
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align on scope, trade-offs, and vendor collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs across the ordering lifecycle and use data to inform prioritization and measure impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Technical background with understanding of software development principles and ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Experience defining KPIs, data-driven prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Preferred: retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, or supply chain experience; knowledge of purchase order management or EDI; Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with AI/ML and SQL.
