Interim Beauty Counter Manager

Summary

Responsible for leading a branded beauty counter within the department to drive sales and deliver personalized beauty experiences. This role balances sales and education by performing makeup applications and skincare consultations while managing daily counter operations and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Recruit and build customer loyalty including opening new rewards accounts
• Keep the counter organized and customer ready through cleanliness and merchandising
