Summary

Lead and develop the Rodeo Drive store team to drive business performance and deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect brand standards. Accountable for business development, sales leadership, operations oversight, and team recruitment and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the store team to build sustainable client relationships.
• Drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, repurchase rates, and cross selling.
• Act as a role model in selling and floor management.
• Implement strategic actions to achieve store sales and business goals.
• Oversee store operations, budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Recruit, train, and engage high performing teams.
• Provide regular feedback and develop individual development plans.
