The Interim Counter Manager leads the Christian Louboutin beauty counter at South Coast Plaza, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales. This role blends selling, coaching, and vendor collaboration to build customer loyalty across in-store and digital channels. The manager is responsible for meeting counter sales goals, overseeing events and scheduling, and maintaining a customer-ready counter.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and presentation to ensure a customer-ready environment

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends with strong makeup application and skincare knowledge
• Proven customer service and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain a client following in a commissioned environment
• Strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and coaching abilities
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; ability to stand 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
