Inventory Control Supervisor

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at House of Dior New York, you will be responsible for managing and controlling store stock inventory. Your role will include overseeing store cycle counts, annual inventories, and weekly exceptions, ensuring the ongoing health of the inventory position. You will work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate efficiently while supporting company policies and procedures.

• Manage the daily activities of the support team.
• Oversee, execute, and finalize monthly and weekly cycle counts.
• Implement and reinforce standard operating procedures directed by the corporate office.
• Train new hires and develop competencies regarding support functions.
• Research, justify, and report incidents of known theft.
• Act as a liaison between the corporate control and accounts payable team for project follow-ups.
• Monitor and analyze weekly exception reports, reporting directly to inventory control.

• 2-3 years of related experience in inventory control or stock management.
• High school diploma required; college degree recommended.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends as required by the business.
