Inventory Specialist

Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient flow of merchandise into and out of the boutique to support an excellent client experience. This role maintains inventory accuracy through processing received stock, organizing stockrooms, preparing shipments, and executing cycle counts and annual physical inventory. The Inventory Specialist works collaboratively with store leadership and operations to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record inventory into the system
• Organize and maintain stockroom levels and presentation
• Prepare and ship outbound orders according to brand procedures
• Execute stock cycle count program and participate in annual physical inventory
• Support boutique opening and closing, receiving, and shipping to enable sales operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
