Outlet Stock Associate - Schaumburg Outlet

Summary

As an Outlet Stock Associate, you will receive, process, and move inventory from deliveries to the sales floor while maintaining an organized, safe stockroom and supporting an elevated customer experience. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior stock receiving experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged physical activity (standing, bending, stooping, climbing)
