Inventory Specialist - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to support a seamless client experience. This role processes and records received stock, organizes inventory to brand standards, prepares outbound shipments, and assists with cycle counts and annual physical inventory. The position requires in-store presence and collaboration with the boutique team and reporting to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record inventory into the system
• Organize and maintain stock in line with brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to standards
• Execute cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction from leadership
• Support boutique opening and closing procedures and receiving activities
• Build positive working relationships with boutique team members to ensure operational consistency

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to move and handle items up to 25 lbs (lifting, pulling, pushing)
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for client experience; foreign language skills preferred
