Job Description

Summary

As a Key Account Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service levels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts to maximize retail footprint and brand distribution.
  • Create best-selling assortments for customers based on data-driven reporting.
  • Support the sales process to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales and increase sales-turn.
  • Analyze sales reports to forecast current and future business.
  • Manage and grow current accounts while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless business growth.
  • Partner with customer service to manage order portfolio.
  • Develop sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
  • Provide sales feedback pre-market.
  • Manage programs for customer growth, including marketing and training.
  • Lead market appointments and make recommendations based on sales performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to key markets for product knowledge seminars.
  • Represent the Kering brand with professionalism.
  • Assist in all areas of the business as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role or industry.
  • Familiarity with wholesale business and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data-driven analysis.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving approach with a focus on results.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and committed to teamwork.
