Key Holder - GV Wrentham Premium Outlet

Summary

Provide leadership on the sales floor by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting daily store operations, and acting as a Brand Ambassador to drive sales and client retention. Report to the General Manager and assist in coaching the sales team while maintaining operational standards at the outlet location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clienteling and sales service to meet and exceed sales goals
• Capture client data and maintain ongoing client relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Support opening and closing procedures including register operation
• Maintain visual standards and perform daily inventory tasks and consignments
• Process returns and exchanges accurately
• Coach and train sales associates to support business objectives
• Develop initiatives, contests and events to drive business
• Ensure adherence to policies and use of proper tools and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clienteling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills and operational focus
• Excellent communication and relationship building with clients and team
• Sales focused, entrepreneurial personality
