Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day-to-day operations to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and coach the sales team. This role helps implement company policies and maintain store standards while serving as a product and brand expert.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
- Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
